Ingredients
- Sweet potatoes or white potatoes (any size)
- Oil of choice
- Sprinkles of salt (pink Himalayan preferred)
Optional
- Cinnamon (for sweet potatoes)
- Pure maple syrup (for sweet potatoes only)
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash: Wash and scrub the potatoes. Pat dry.
- Season: Lightly coat each potato with oil and sprinkle with salt. Add cinnamon if using (sweet potatoes only).
- Wrap: Wrap each potato in its own piece of foil.
- Bake: Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45–60 minutes, depending on size, until tender when pierced with a fork.
- Serve: Carefully unwrap and serve warm. Drizzle with pure maple syrup if desired (sweet potatoes only).
