Ingredients:
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- ¼ teaspoon Himalayan salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
